There are multiple ways to fix it you can ship your strikers off-world to new colonies, pay for Morale structures, lower your taxes, or just rearrange them to non-critical areas until you've got a better solution in place. Morale is a good mechanic so far because it's visible. You see your little dudes On Strike (including in the tax menu!), and you know there's a problem. A morale bonus on Uber planets would be fantastic. The only note I've heard (in whispers) from the devs is the possibility of tying Pollution to Morale somehow, and/or morale modifiers on planets. I've been discussing ways to increase the impact of Morale for a while now, including diminishing tax returns and using it as "pollution" for naturally-occuring Revolts.

Just make sure the Gaia planet has more population tiles to balance. You could still have the same population and tile restrictions to the uber biodome, however you could increase the morale bonus for an uber biodome (providing the correct race is using it) to a morale bonus above what you'd see in say a Gaia Planet. It would also give "uber" biodomes a reason for existing. I know with the current tile system you could just apply the bonus modifier's to morale with a bonus to each farmer/worker/scientist tile like in Moo2.) 125% morale = 25% bonus to the entire population. I mean one would think that living on a barren planet would affect one's mood and living on a terran planet would be a much better experience for colonists (HEY we have both non-fungal food and FRESH water!!!). I would like to see for example, a certain morale modifier (both positive and negative) to certain biodomes.

Now every planet has 100% morale and I have no workers on strike. This seemed to be the constant until I got holo simulators for a 15% boost. At the beginning stages of the game your homeworld has 100%, and your other star systems have 90%. This version has fixed a number of issues in the mod.Currently your morale cannot exceed 100%.

I have tested the new version of Master of Orion for Universe and I have seen no issues.Īdditional content will be added to this mod over coming weeks I have renamed the new version of the mod to "Master of Orion" Today I have released a version of lazyzbox's mod which have a number of issues and errors fixed. so I am assuming that this has also been abandoned.The sad thing was that only 5 people downloaded his mod from strategyinformer and it is actually a very nice mod. Lazyzbox released a beta of Master of Orion 3 on 12th Aug 2014 but has not been back in the forums since the following day. TomFrame worked on Master of Orion 2 for Legends and indicated he was no longer working on it from Sep 2015 and anyone else was welcome to continue work on his mod.
